The Professional Notary/Loan Signing Agent Certification is an 10-week online-live hands-on training course designed to teach new loan signing agents the fundamentals of the entire loan signing process. Classes will meet every Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 pm MST, via Zoom.

In this course you will learn how to receive, confirm, arrive and set the stage for the closing during your appointment. Not only will you learn the proper way to walk your clients through the signing process, you will also learn the techniques of how to complete your notary journal, properly identify your clients, and swear them in for the signing. This course will provide an understanding of the Notary Laws, and the do’s and don’ts when completing a Refinance, Purchase, and Seller's  loan package.

During this course you will have many opportunities to practice mock signings with experienced industry professionals who will provide you with immediate feedback to help you increase your knowledge of the loan signing process.

All training material is included, and a certificate of completion is provided after demonstrating proficiency of the entire loan signing process.

After completing the certification course, Diamond Elite offers online courses to teach you the different types of loan packages such as Loan Modifications, Loan Applications, HELOC’s, Reverse Mortgages, and other products in the industry.
